Team Incomplete Rookie of the Year for 03, Turu went from being a fledgling racer to being a much faster fledgling racer, and all within the scope of one season. Being the only rookie on the team, Turu narrowly beat out absolutely nobody in wining the award, however, he regularly beat lots of other people with his fast flowing lines. Indeed, for Turu the secret of going fast isn't to improve his riding, but to get his leathers on in time for practice. While the rest of us act like 12 year olds, Turu lends a California calm and serenity of someone closer to 17 or 18. Fluent in Italian and goofy architecture, Turu seems destined to race Ducati's and is scheming to resurrect a neglected 748 over the winter. Also the least tweaky of the race group, it is his job to bring the pampers and ba-bas for the rest of us.
